For those looking for a little more unpredictability, Wanderer encourages users to go out into new places and find their own hidden gems through Adventurer Quests and activity milestones. This project was inspired by the ROC the Riverway development project in Rochester, NY.

I wanted to make an interface that had an up front display of all the categories of travel clearly and smoothly mapped out how many things could be done in the minimum viable product of the prototype.
I also made user identities on types of travelers to represent how the category system would be able to work across any type of sight-seer.

I tested different layouts and ideations of the UX and scaled down to what made the app comfortable and straight-forward for users. I ended up removing the trip auto-planner, but it gave me more space to focus on the profile and quest assets, and gave more breathing room for the map itself.
