I worked for Reporter Magazine for three years as the Videography Manager. My role was to oversee and train students in video and editing production, and support the Reporter team in renewing their digital media content. I taught myself video editing on industry standard software, built and implemented production systems, working with professional level videography and editing equipment.

I created a training system for filming and editing, and laid out the pipeline of shooting and interviewing while assigning editing to both myself and my team of video editors. I also worked partly as a designer during the rebuilding of the Reporter Website.
